Confusing Love with obsession:
What are some of the key warning signs that someone is obsessed?
When they follow the person they are obsessed with, call them repeatedly, email them, drive by their house even thou they have been told and warned they will go to jail if he does any one of those things.
And he has been to jail twice. The first time for hitting me in the head with his fist and breaking open the skin that required seven stitches and I had a concussion also. Second time was after he got out of jail repeatedly contacted me by phone, email and drove by the house until he scared me to call the police and have him arrested again.
He has threaten to commit suicide. I have taken the threat seriously and encourage him to get help.
He is calling again and emailing me and driving by the house.
Being in love should not mean living in agony.
