When my nerves get bad I have back spasms. Some people have headache others have ulcers I get back spasms.
They started Sunday morning when I got up. They were on my right side to start and by Monday morning they had gone to the left side. I took muscle relaxers, pain pills and pain patches and nothing work. The pain and medication caused me to vomit and have diarrhea, which would trigger spasms.
So today I went into urgent care and they gave me a shot in the hip and a prescription for Valium. I can actually sit here and type this out. This morning there was no way.
He is leaving me a lone thank God. Still working on getting the Bar-B-Que going I think with all the stress I have been going through my body said its time to shut down and it did. I can not do anything when I have back spams. Moving is excruciating pain.
Well it is time to stop and go lay down cause the spams are acting up.
