I feel eyes watching every move I make.
When I wake up I can feel them on me.
When I go to the bathroom I feel them watching.
I walk to the kitchen to put the coffee on, eyes are burning in my back, I turn around there they are watching me.
Going into the living room, I can feel the eyes following me.
I sit down to eat, eyes are watching me.
All day long I have eyes watching me.
What are they? Dogs.

Had me going there right to the end.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your feed back.
ReplyDeleteWritten with the perception of paranoia. I like that slant. As the previous commentator mentioned feeling the willingness to read on after the story was complete,I too felt the same way. The story is interesting and yet I can see it has the potential to be developed more. hold on to this short story for it will serve its purpose in your future writings.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jane Frieman. There are several blogs needing editing, the more I write, and read the more I learn.
